近年来,东南亚电商销售额增长迅速。有机构预测,到2030年,其销售额将增长到4100亿美元。在蓬勃发展的电商大潮背后,离不开中国企业的积极参与。京东集团在2025年成为广州的“城市合伙人”,京东物流除了积极布局粤港澳大湾区,还以马来西亚为支点,搭建物流体系、深化本地运营、推动东南亚电商生态系统全面提质升级。跟随广州台国际传播中心记者Alisa,一起走进京东物流在马来西亚的海外仓看看。

走进这个海外仓,可以看到,工人正在高效分拣、装箱、发货,工作有条不紊。马来西亚是东盟重要经济体,拥有成熟的数字经济环境以及旺盛的消费需求。这里不仅是企业布局东南亚的关键物流节点,也是众多中国品牌落地东盟的首站。京东物流马来西亚及新加坡国家负责人 Raymond Tam介绍:“京东物流在马来西亚布局约5万平方米的仓储空间,服务对象既包括本地客户,也包括来自中国的出海客户。每天这里处理超过10万件货物。”

除了引进自动化仓储技术,提升仓库作业效率和准确性,京东物流也积极部署本地运输服务及跨境物流航线。京东航空连接深圳与吉隆坡两大机场,不仅可以将马来西亚最出名的榴莲运至深圳,也能把中国最好的3C产品送达吉隆坡,实现两地的互利共赢。

十年前,东南亚销售网络仍以各类小型店铺为主;如今,通过直播间达成交易已成为常态。这一变化的背后,是电商生态系统的快速演进。在《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)的推动下,关税减免与供应链整合进一步增强了中国与东南亚之间的贸易便利性。京东集团副总裁、京东物流亚太区负责人薛群表示,京东物流已在马来西亚构建起领先的一体化供应链履约服务体系。在东南亚地区,本地仓配已实现“当日达”和“次日达”,跨境物流最快可在72小时内送达。在推进海外业务布局的同时,京东也为当地创造了就业机会。

此外,京东物流在广州已建成投用花都亚洲一号、九龙亚洲一号等仓储项目,并在大湾区布局多个中心仓、保税仓、直邮仓等,同时拥有丰富的清关资源与国际航线网络,可有效助力中国卖家将商品销往马来西亚等东南亚国家,同时也将东南亚的优质商品运输到中国,实现双向畅通的贸易往来。

从商品流动到生态共建,中国企业的出海路,正以实实在在的基础设施、技术赋能和人才培养,为东南亚地区带来积极影响,也为东南亚国家特色产品开辟了通往中国的便捷通道,实现互利共赢。

In recent years, e-commerce sales in Southeast Asia have grown rapidly. Some predict that by 2030, sales will reach $410 billion. Behind this booming e-commerce growth is the active participation of Chinese companies. In 2025, JD Group became a "City Partner" of Guangzhou. Besides expanding in GBA, JD Logistics is also using Malaysia as a hub to build a logistics network, strengthen local operations, and help upgrade Southeast Asia’s e-commerce ecosystem. Follow Alisa, a reporter from GZBN, to take a look inside JD Logistics’ overseas warehouse in Malaysia.

Inside the warehouse, workers can be seen efficiently sorting, packing, and shipping orders. As a key economy in ASEAN with a mature digital economy and strong consumer demand, Malaysia is not only a major logistics hub for companies expanding in Southeast Asia but also the first stop for many Chinese brands entering the ASEAN market. Raymond Tam, Head of JD Logistics in Malaysia and Singapore, said: “JD Logistics has around 50,000 square meters of warehouse space in Malaysia, serving both local customers and Chinese clients going global. Every day, we handle over 100,000 packages here.”

In addition to using automated technology to improve speed and accuracy, JD Logistics is also developing local delivery and cross-border logistics routes. JD Express connects Shenzhen and Kuala Lumpur, allowing Malaysia’s famous durians to be airlifted to Shenzhen, and China’s top-quality electronics to be flown to Kuala Lumpur—benefiting people in both places.

Ten years ago, sales networks in Southeast Asia mostly consisted of small stores. Today, it’s common for sellers and buyers to make deals through live streams. This shift reflects the rapid evolution of the e-commerce ecosystem. Under the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), lower tariffs and better supply chain integration are making trade between China and Southeast Asia easier. Xue Qun, Vice President of JD.com and Head of JD Logistics Asia-Pacific, said JD Logistics has built a leading integrated supply chain service in Malaysia. In Southeast Asia, local delivery can be as fast as same-day or next-day. For cross-border shipping, the fastest service takes 72 hours. While growing its overseas presence, JD has also created local jobs.

Moreover, JD Logistics has opened warehouses like the “Guangzhou Huadu Asia No. 1” and “Jiulong Asia No. 1” in Guangzhou. It also operates multiple fulfillment centers, bonded warehouses, and direct mail warehouses across GBA. With strong customs support and international shipping routes, JD helps Chinese sellers ship products to Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries—and also brings high-quality goods from Southeast Asia to China, enabling two-way trade.

From moving goods to building ecosystems, Chinese companies are making a real impact in Southeast Asia through infrastructure, technology, and training. They are opening a convenient channel for Southeast Asian products to reach China, bringing mutual benefits.(END)
